After purchasing two vouchers via EFT on a Saturday and depositing the required amount on Monday which falls within the 3 to 5 day period, I was told by the call centre agents that since I do not have a reference number, I could only get a refund!
Groupon picks up on their system that I purchased the vouchers but cannot provide me with a reference number which could so easily resolve this booking. Instead, they will refund me for it.
Why does this not get emphasised when we do the initial purchase?
If Groupon can't provide me with a reference number, who else can?
