Last week Monday (15July) I had bought the special on the tickets to the Baba Indaba in Cape Town. I had to do an eft as my creidt card wasn't working.
I followed the eft instructions to a tee and made the payment from an FNB to the FNB account. Towards the end of last week I still hadn't received any confirmation or my voucher so I emailed customer service. The person who assisted told me I should wait 5 days. It has now been 10 days and I still have not received anything. What is the point of the reference number when your accounts department / system can't allocate that number to my account and send the voucher. The show is this weekend (27-28 July) and I am not even sure if I will have the vaoucher by then. I emailed the same lady again this morning only to be told I must send a proof of payment, my account will then be creditted and I can buy the deal again.
I am extremely disappointed in the way this system works or rather doesn't work. This is the second time I've bought something off Groupon only to be disappointed.
