I won a spa weekend. Whenever I tried to make a booking, I was told by Manuela De Sousa that it was fully booked. Eventually when almost close to the expiry date I was promised by Manuela De Sousa that I could still make a booking at any time after the expiry date as well. Upon calling TLC I've been told that Manuela no longer works at the company and they are not sure of what to do!
This is ridiculous and I don't think that Edgars should use TLC marketing in the future.
