I won the World for free competition in February, was told to send the booking form back by end May which was done, firstly no one acknowledged receipt of the booking form even after numerous emails sent by me to find out if it had been received. Eventually someone came back to me to advise it was received and they can only check availability of properties 3 months prior to travel date. I was told to contact them at the beginning of November 2013 so they could check availability and come back to me which I did, however now there is a problem with availability. This is unacceptable. Now I have asked Samantha to check another place and I am still waiting for a reply. The service they offer is pathetic. As a member of the service industry myself I am shocked that Edcon would make use of the services offered by TLC marketing as this bad service surely has a bad impact on them.
