I have been trying to make a booking with my Oneyeargift certificate but their online system has a bug and I have been informed by them that they do not know when their IT department will be able to rectify it!!! It has had this problem for quite a while but I have only recently asked them what the problem is. A bit pointless when the certificate has an expiry date and you have no other way of making the booking.
