I purchased the 7 pc Gordon Ramsay stainless steel pot set for deal that closed 05/12/12. I have logged 2 complaints via the Zendesk option since the 4 wk delivery window elapsed & received the same standard apology on 2 occasions. There was no further follow through or feedback on either of my requests yet both were set to "solved status".
To date I am still awaiting an answer from Groupon SA on when I am receiving my purchase!
Since the closing of this deal on 05/12/12 you have run another 2 of the exact same deals. How does that work when you haven't even delivered on the 05/12 one?
This is my first Groupon purchase & I am utterly appalled at the level of service.
I would appreciate immediate action in getting this matter resolved!
