Poor service and lack of accountability

I ordered Pendants from Laing Designers via groupon on 13 May 2013 for my sisters 21st Birthday.

The terms and conditions stated that delivery will be by 10 June 2013.

Today is now 18 June 2013 and i still have not received these and today is my sisters birthday.

I have been following up with the designer and groupon and still no resolution or commitment for delivery.
Groupon apparently collected the pendants from the designer only on the 10th and still has not finalised delivery.

This is poor service and a lack of ownership and i feel other parties should be made aware of them breaking their commitments. Their service!!!
