My wife ordered and paid for a philips electric shaver in november 2012 as a xmas gift. Early december groupon said the package is on its way. A week before xmas she phoned again and they said sorry the shavers is out of stock and they will refund her. After 7 lengthy phone calls nothing has happened and everytime its the same answer: we will refund you within 3 to 5 working days. If my R699 is not in my account by friday15/02/2013 I WILL go to the newspapers and police station. I also want compensation for all the lenghty phone calls to cape town. I WILL post on all the social networks and friends about the bad service. Word of mouth is a versatuile tool.
