I ordered an ipad dock from Wicount which took a fair amount of time to come. No real problem there. But when the dock was opened on Christmas day we found that it was faulty. Still no real problem because these things happen.
I called Wicount at the beginning of January and was told that a replacement would be sent. I have been in this situation before and was not expecting delivery anytime soon, but to my amazement the very next day there was a hoot at the gate and a parcel from Wicount.
