You recently had an offer for Netflorist vouchers which was advertised as a Mother's day special. I purchased 2, however when going to do my purchase via Netflorist, the deliveries could not be done prior to Mother's day, only afterwards. I sent an email to your support inbox to request cancellation. Cheryl Nhlumayo responded, telling me that I could give the vouchers to friends, family or work collegues to use. Now, if i wanted to do this would i have asked for a cancellation!! Again i asked for my refund to be done as was told the vouchers are non-refundable. Really Cheryl!!?? I mailed Cheryl yesterday and today and have not received a reply as yet. Please inform your incompetent staff of the 7 working day period allowed for cancellations so that they can stop wasting my time!!!
