After months of begging for the delivery of goods purchased in November 2012, Groupon final admitted that they cannot deliver the two products, they advised that they will credit my credit card with the money. This was promised on numerous occasions and is still not been done. I have now received two confirmation of payments which are both incorrect and `i have sent Groupon the statements of my card to prove this. I believe this to be a serious issue to send me confirmation of payment when the money was not really deposited? over and above this I was stupid enough to use the again this month and they hen credited this item that we actually wanted to use!!! I will never use Groupon again and warn you to rather pay retail than deal with Groupon.
