On the 10th of December I ordered an ice cream maker as a gift for Christmas, as the catch phrase was 'early Christmas gift'. It didn't arrive in December and I just kept waiting. In January I was fed up and decided to lodge a complaint, they said that they would process my query soon- they didn't. A week later I phoned them and the lady went to the delivery department to investigate, she came back and told me she didn't know why they didn't send itbut it is now on its way and can take up to two weeks for delivery. It has now been three weeks since that call and still no delivery. I have emailed since then and havnt even received a response. So much for an early Christmas gift!
