I logged a complaint on this site against Groupon on 13 May 2013, to which I received a reply a day later which read:
"Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience.
I do believe your query is being dealt with "
It is now almost 2 months later and still no action from Groupon. According to the vendor to which Groupon have supplied the deal, I am not the only person who has not recieved a refund.
I am shocked at the level of disinterest.
