Faulty product

I purchased a blue tooth device from Groupon and it lasted one week. I contacted them via email and received a reference number and that was it. I waited for two weeks heard nothing I then sent a new mail and I received a mail saying that the item would be picked up and that they would then reimburse me. It is now two weeks later and still no action.
