The Statement I sent them is not right???
I quote the response they sent me
"Please be advised our payment department has just confirmed that the previous statement cannot be used as statements can be amended
Sorry for the inconvenience
please could you be so kind to forward a valid statement so we can assist you "
- - Really!!! What other statement would you like me to send to you???
This is ridiculous!! I have now lodged a complaint with the NCC (National Consumer Commission). Were can South Africans go when they need help??? Will anybody actually care??? Why must everything be so difficult??!!!
