I did talk cell c and in one day did talk to more than 10 people and did try to get the new phone that i did received send back and to cancel all my contract with them. i am not sure any more if i only have just one contract with them like i did ask and if i have now 2 as i did not ask. They dont give me the correct answers and dont get anywhere. I also did call to many times about my network problem, every time they say it is fixed and then it only work for 10min and then the same problem. i never can call when i want to call or receive calls, because of the network problem. i did ask that the manager must call me and they did say he will and till today i did not here anything from him. i did give them a other number that they must call to get hold of me, because i now of the network problem. so they cant say they dont get hold of me. all i want them to do is to cancel all my contract with them, that is all and they dont do it
