After waiting months to hear from Vodacom when my Blackberry will be ready for collection, I finally called and then was told that the phone was beyond repair. I was given a quote to repair and was told it would probably be replaced with a refurbished phone. Today I was told after 3 months that I was already told that the phone was not repairable. This is very poor service. The phone was 2 months old when I attempted to charge it and the entire charging port sank into the phone, Now I'm told that this is not covered and falls under physical or water damage. It is all over the internet that this is a problem with the 9300 model. I feel very cheated. I am a valued client with 3 contracts with Vodacom. I will not renew any of them. I will never get another Blackberry either but I don't think that Vodacom cares about their clients as I have been through customer complaints over and over and I keep getting the same result. Why have I been quoted on a phone that can't be repaired. It seems like nobody could be bothered. I should just keep paying R160/month for nothing. All they do when you make a complaint is buy time by sounding promising just to tell you the same bad news.
