I lost my phone on saturday, went to vodacom on sunday to do a sim swop, all the stores are offline in the Alberton area and they dont have sim cards... mondat i travel to Parys (Free state) for business, no vodacom even in the area. Travel back to Vanderbijl Park, vodacom does not have sim cards, go to vodacom in the Vaal Mall, no sim cards. Travel to Three Rivers, Vodacom does the sim swop at 14:00. It is now 21:51, just got off a 3 and a half hour call with 082 111. the swip swop is not reflecting on my account... everybody is passing the buck... i am fed up with Vodacom and their poor service. I think it is time to change networks and will make sure my entire company also does the same when our the time comes!
