Impossible Data Charges
After getting an Iphone the first few months (3 - 4 Months) charges were within normal range then suddenly for the month of December and January we have received a billing account worth first R9000 then an unbelievable R20 000. After numerous unanswered calls and enquiries we were able to get a breakdown and very little help explaining what it all meant. Some of the days the Data usage were impossible - firstly in December for two weeks the sim card wasn't in use - because I was travelling overseas and using an international Sim card and secondly R800 of data used on a day 07/02/2013 where I was at work, how could someone at work from 9 - 5, using work internet as well as work phones be downloading that much data? This feels like one huge MTN data or that the number is being used by someone else to download. MTN doesn't seem to want to assist with this.
