Applied for a Upgrade with Cell C early January to Straight 200 with a i Phone 5 at R399 and was promised within 15 days I would receive my phone. 15 days passed no phone despite many a call, e-mails, sms, ect. to follow up. On the 31st a sms was received "Great news the wait is nearly over. You can expect to receive your brand new iPhone 5 to use on our great network within the second week of February. Cell C" Despite several calls to confirm a delivery date for this week, I have been informed maybe sometime next week after Monday. This is not acceptable.
