Claiming for Lost Cellphone. Lady was impatient!

Went to the Vodashop in Maponya Mall first thing Saturday Morning, found the shop closed just after half 8. Was patient and waited because they claimed they cannot open with only 2 people. I was then helped after I had told the lady I was from our police station and they needed an IMEI number I didnt have. The lady asked for an alternative number they could sms the number to, i was waiting for a few seconds for my bf to sms it to since I didnt know it off by heart. The lady kept going on to her colleague about how she wanted to go pay for her Dstv. When I got the number and gave it to her, she punched it in and just stood with her wallet. Asked her with a confused face wat should happen next, she impatiently just said I should wait for an sms. Im still waiting to this day! I found this terribly rude and thee worst service ever!
