You can't moan about service when there is no service. Fault 471CWK240114.
I phoned Monday to be told that it is a problem with the exchange and someone is busy with it.
Tuesday I phoned to get progress report only be told that a technician hasn't been allocated to the problem. Some one is telling.
Wednesday I phoned again to be told that it is in the Que. I asked to speak to a manager only to be told she is busy and will investigate and phone me back immediately. Still waiting.
This is the worst service that I have received from any company, do you people not believe in client service? I read the Facebook page all is just negative comments.
I would have changed service provider long ago but Telkom has the monopoly when it comes to ADSL Lines.
Thursday I phoned again and eventually the call was escalated after been told everyday when I phoned that it will be escalated. I'm still waiting on the Technician to phone me.
Friday today I phoned again only to be told the same story as monday that it's a network problem. My landline is down with it my internet. Wake up Telkom
