I wish to place on record my utter disgust and disappointment with the service levels at Cell C. As a loyal, long term customer I was expecting better.
I am due for an upgrade of my current contract. So I thought I'd shop around to see what offers the competitors had running. I found a deal and (on 3rd Jan) requested if Cell C could match it or suggest something similar. My query has been completely ignored. As a result, there is only one option for me - I will be cancelling my contract and taking my business elsewhere. BELIEVE it.
