STILL CAN'T REFUND AFTER I EMAILED SLIP OF PAYMENT

I swiped my card in store for R 250.00 to change the the contract number. They debited another R 250.00. I emailed proof of payment through, I emailed their invoice and slip of payment to them. They still can't do their job!!! INCOMPETENT!
