We visited the Cavendish Glen MTN outlet earlier in the week to enquire about cancelling the contract and the person who helped us said everything is in order to cancel the contract. He gave us the necessary forms and asked us to return with the filled out forms. Today we went back to the same outlet, with our forms, to be told that we now need to give 30 days notice to cancel the contract and would have to pay the coming invoice.
We paid over R5000 to settle the arrears on the account to cancel it and now we must pay more. We are being abused by this service provider when we cannot afford to pay the extra amount of this apparent next invoice.
Further, the staff at the outlet are also sitting around chatting with their friends, taking up most of the space in the outlet. This is an abuse of consumer rights and we cannot accept this.. I can now be contacted on 0720813489
