Refund not paid since 06/11

Good day

I have been contacting vodacom since September. I applied for a contact which took almost 2 months to be delivered. When they did eventually deliver I did not want the contarct anymore because of the poor service I received as I already received the phone with another network 2 days after applying. Vodacom went ahead and activated the contract without my consent and debited money from my account which I have been trying to get back since 06/11/2013 when the debit happened. First time I was told it will take 14 working days to receive the refund. It has now been almost 2 months trying to get that money and they keep on calling me telling that someone will get back to me but still after contacting me there is still no rwfund in my account.

I do not want to be contacted and being told 14 working days turn around time but nothing happenes after that. The service I received during the application was pathetic as I has to follow up if I was aproved and even when approved had to follow up when the phone was to be delivered.
