I phoned vodacom customer care line this morning to inquire about my bill. I had to hold for one hour!!! yes one hour, I wanted to see when are they going to pick up. They never did pick up, eventually I was cut off. What a shame!!! I thought only government institutions fail us, but private sector is worse!!! I regret ever associating myself with such a useless company. If their call center is such a mess, what about my high bill that I am enquiring about, how will they handle it?
