I wanted to do an upgrade, called call center for advice on plans. Advised to do on-line upgrade to avoid upgrade costs. Did the upgrade on-line, received phone (not within 24 hours). Struggled to get contacts transferred from old I-phone to the new Samsung. Phoned for SIM swop, as new phone required a micro SIM. Was informed that a new contract was assigned and not upgrade. Explained that I applied for upgrade. Call was logged, supposed to be contacted within 48 hours. After > week no feedback. Phoned to follow up, was told that call had been closed. Had to explain whole situation again and was put through from upgrades to on-line to who know what else. Was informed that they are aware of a system problem which caused upgrades to be registered as new contracts. After numerous calls and no success drove to Vodaworld. Spent another 2 ours waiting to explain everything. Had to wait 48 hours again. No response, called again. Was then assisted to do telehonic upgrade. Had to be issued with new phone. Said old phone will be collected within 1 week. Did not happen. Received statement, billed for upgrade, upgrade fee and new contract! Phoned again, contract not cancelled. PLEASE HELP
