It has now officially been over a month since Telkom had stated that they would provide me with feedback regarding my original report of cables in my street. They have not provided me with any kind of feedback to let me know what is going on - I have a fault number: 467CWK281013 (website still states that it is open from 28 October 2013), I also have TWO escalation reference numbers: ARS 236466 and ARS 238264, none of these have helped because Telkom WILL NOT GET BACK TO ME REGARDING THIS. So I am asking again - when are you going to replace the cables from your Telkom Box?
