ON MY CONTRACT

I called Vodacom today as I am aware that my contract is due to expire. I was advised by the customer care department that the contract is only due to expire in 2015 as it has been fraudently renewed last month.
I therefore request that this contract be cancelled with immediate effect and my instalment to be refunded for November.
