For a whole week we have been having really atrocious line speeds... I have a 2meg line and am getting ping of 1048 and download speed of 0.02... I have called your help line numerous times and they have been unable to fix the problem. The problem was reported for the first time last Saturday after which I received a sms to say it was fixed... well it was fixed for about 6 hours and then dropped again... numerous people in Plettenberg bay have the same problem and no one has contacted us to say what the issue is. In addition, I am paying a fortune for my "fast ADSL" and getting slower than 56k landline speeds... I would like the following:
1) An explanation, with a timeline of when the problem will be fixed once and for all
2) A refund for this week of disgusting internet speed (I have logs for the whole week of my speed tests which I will be glad to provide
3) In future, I would like to be informed when my exchange has a problem so that I dont have to needlessly call your call centre who can't help me
