On Hellopeter there are a lot of this same complaint, in the same time period, across the country, thus it is something serious which they up!
Since last Thursday my 1Mb/s line speed more than halved! Internet speed tests show my download speed is at 32Kb/s and upload at 40Kb/s (for local) and even slower for international! How can upload be faster???!!! A lot of people are having the same issue! I used to get 108Kb/s, then 90Kb/s, then 80Kb/s, and now 32Kb/s. Their speeds are horrible and someone must have done something wrong, since this is happening across the country! Already phoned Tech-support, switched of my router and the person said it is sorted now, however the line speed is still horrible!
Don't ask me if I checked if background apps are not running, and don't give me BS about a congested Telkom exchange! Find the problem, state the problem, find a plan to solve, solve the problem, whilst communicating it to me!
