Logged a call with MTN on the 29th Oct 2013 as I was billed incorrectly
I was told the issue will be resolved within 10 working days
It's now day 11 and I am told their turnaround time has now changed to 10-15working days conveniently so
Supervisor was not available to attend to my call
There is still no resolution to my billing dispute hence the turnaround time extension
Next billing will run soon and will be having the same issue
I would really appreciated if this matter can be resolved asap
