My phone was I reported the matter to mtn and police so my phone was blocked the service.luckly it was recovered so I went to mtn Maponya mall to unlock my phone on the 2 October 2013 with my certified copy of my identity book, receipt and affidavit. I was assisted by Mpho and he told me that my phone will be working on the 4 october as I have to wait for 72 hours. But my fone was never working. I waited until the 6 october just to give it some more time but later on the same day I phoned mtn 173 number and spoke to Emily. She told me that my documents where not received on fax number of 011-912-5099.She then gave me other fax number to use of 083-705-8901.I faxed again my documents on the 8 october 2013.Till today my phone is still blocked by mtn.please help me Peter!!!
