After 2 previous reports on Hello Peter, only getting response from cell c when you report the matter here, once again sitting with a cut line not even 48 hours after paying my account, once again send off 2 e-mails to Sipho and once again not even a reply or even a phone call. Clearly cell c is trying to tell us something and I can only guess that their message is something like "you as the client is not worth a reply or a response"! Going on to month 5 since this all started and still my line gets paid and cut monthly, I'm starting to wonder if this will continue for the duration of my contract? After nearly 8 years of being a cellC client I would really like to know how to cancel all my contracts and lines and join another service provider?
