Following my nightmare with MWEB I am trying to transfer my line to a 10meg bundle with Afrihost. I say trying as the saga continues. First I couldn't get MWEB to release me and my line for 6 weeks or more. Then I couldn't get Telkom to realise the line was now free and they could let Afrihost take over. Then I could not get Afrihost to 'take over' the line - even though I've paid them as well as MWEB for the past 2 months - for nothing! They are supposed to be managing the line and upgrading it from 2 meg to the 10 meg I'm paying for. No one knows when that is going to happen and no one wants to take responsibility. In the meantime I still paying Afrihost for, well basically for zilch?!?!?!?
