I wanted to cancel my contract (topup 500) as mtn is useless and expensive. but the penalty was too much. I then thought I would try to upgrade for the last 8 months (topup 1250). Only to discover that this is too much airtime for me. now 3 months later I wanna go back to the 500. Surprise surprise. I get told two things. Firstly now I have to pay a R 1500 penalty fee (FOR WHAT? FOR GOING BACK TO MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT?) and I will forfeit my over R 2000 air time for downgrading. THIS IS DIGUSTING AND CRIMINAL. I CAN T CANCEL COS YOU PENALISE ME TOO MUCH. AND NOW IF I WANT MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT BACK I HAVE TO PART WITH R 3500.

Someone should take you okes to court to unethical and criminal business practises.
