This is now 4 months without my Blackberry 9900. It has been with Autopage Centurion since April 2013 and they now responded with feedback that my phone is beyond economical repair. It was repaired and tested the first and second time and now it has water damage??? Why was this not the case the first and second time??
This matter needs to be escalated to the highest level in Altech Autopage.
The feedback and service even from Head Office is beyond belief..
