Cannot Access my data balance for over 3 months on the Vodacom portal or Vodacom app on my ipad and I have not gotten a resolution from Vodacom. I keep getting 'No bundle information available". Apparently Vodacom IT Department says I have to switch off my device and on again, but that has nothing to do with the website/portal pulling data from their systems to render it into the portal.
I logged a request on 16 January and they opened an issue to look into it and when I checked the issued was closed as resolved although the problem persists. Not happy at all
