I am unable to send whats app messages - is this not a free service?
I have a Samsung S4 and a MTN WiFi at home. I switch my mobile data off and the wifi on - connect to my phone and start surfing. And guess what - I am STILL billed for data. What the. Why do I have the Wifi subscription then? So I am basically paying double for the data I download. To Cell C (Who should not bill me as I am using my Wifi) and MTN because I am paying for the Wifi! WHAT THE!!! I have tried to speak to so many different people and NOT ONE person can answer me or explain this to me. I called the CC last week and was assured that if I do this I wont be charged for the data. Well guess what. I AM!!! I think I should cancel all three my contracts.
