My credit balance from me

I received an sms to say that my account will be suspended if i do not make payment by the 2 Aug'13. I then phoned Cell C customer care and i explained that my account is in a credit and now all the sudden it's in a debit. The lady could not assist me and she just played dumb. i then asked for my new statement. When i received it, i saw that my credit balance of R332.56 as now been put through as "payment" but as a debit amount. I then phoned again and spoke to a lady named Yolanda and i explained to her that my credit was debited on my account. Today Cell C phoned me and said that my old account was closed and a new one was opened and they had to take my credit to consolidate the old account. THIS IS . cause on the 3rd June 2013 a guy phoned me and said that they needed to close my old account and opened a new one cause of my upgrade and that after all the accounting was done, my account is in a credit balance. my account has been in a credit balance since May'13. its just a coincidence that my credit balance is the precise amount outstanding on my old account. I do not buy this for one moment. I want my credit balance back on my account. this is totally unacceptable.
