Good Day

I took out insurance on two of my devises and i a month later i dropped my phone and the screen shattered so i took it in to get fixed on the 8th of April 2013 and on the 6th of May 2013 they told me the phone is not insured so i contacted vodacom insurance and requested the recording for when i took the insurance out, 2 weeks later i got the recording from vodacom and on the recording i take out insurance on both my phones.

Why was the insurance never activated on the device after the sales person told me it is activated and whom is going to fix my device.

I spoke to Lester Sherriffs - Manager at Vodacom Shop Northgate more than once and he told me he did send the recording and all the information to vadacom and vodacom does not come back to him.

Know i want to know what is vodacom going to do about this situation?
