NEVER UPGRADE WITH AUTOPAGE ONLINE

I made the mistake of my life, when I upgraded my contract with Autopage online. They battled to send me the stock to start off with. Then sent me a broken phone and no sim card. I returned the phone on 7 May 2013 to them with the promise that this will be credited and my upgrade cancelled. Now we are nearly a month later and still no change. At some point was told the phone had been credited but the upgrade will take longer as I did this online. The national credit act states that a credit has to be passed within 10 working days. No one at Autopage takes responsiblity and everyone passes the buck. I am still with no phone and am stuck as I can not do my upgrade until this one is cancelled. I dont know what to do other to report AUTOPAGE that they do NOT comply with the credit act. Brian promised me he would sort things out, but nothing happens and when I ask for specifics I get sarcastic emails in return. Autopage your service!!!
