My Contract was due for an Upgrade which we did online on the website. I was informed on the website that I would be contacted within 24 hours by a representative in regards to confirming my upgrade. I still have not recieved any notification or phone call regarding this, after checking my account online I see that I have been upgraded, I do not have my new phone or any idea how I am going to get it. I would like some response from Autopage as to what is happening with my upgrade and new phone.
