On the 20/05/2013 my contact phone was. I contacted Vodacom and was advised that the phone has to be blacklisted. I completed the nec. forms and faxed the doc's. I was called on the 22 May 2013 and was advised that the phone has been blacklisted, obtained an ITC reference number 13825224. I laid a case number 47/05/2013. Once again called the contact center and was advised I need to liase with the insurance claims dpt. I called the department on the 22/05/2013 and was advised more doc's had to be completed to have my claim processed, these doc's were sent. On the 23/05/2013 I called the insurance dpt and was advised that my claim cannot be processed as the sim was not in the phone that covers the insurance. I obtained the doc's from Vodacom Clearwater, sent it, laid a dispute with the claims department as I did not sign a form that stipulates my sim has to be in the phone for insurance claims. Today I once again called and my claim cannot be processed. The consulant advised the doc's that gets signed at the shops are not the same as their doc's no insurance doc's was posted to me no follow up call was made. Im paying for insurance for a sim and not a phone. POORSERVICE
