I am being charged for content charges by mtn for things that I never subscribed to. Apparently their department is handling this but I haven't heard anything from anybody at mtn since. This started in November 2012 but as I don't receive any statements from mtn anymore I only realized at the beginning of April 2013 that mtn is charging me for these so called content charges. The best is that this happened before and I instructed them not to allow this to happen again. I am sure that mtn is also benifitting from this so called content charges as I know that these service providers don't do anything without them also benifitting.
