Hi. Please help. I have paid up my Truworth account more than Three years ago and this still reflects bad on Transunion. How long does it take for them to update this information because as far as I know it's supposed to be on ITC only for 24month and it has been longer than that. I need them to update this because I have tried to call them no one seems to understand what I'm talking about. Please have them remove this from ITC because its paid up.
