We've bought a 5 PIECE MONACO LOUNGE SUITE on 21 Dec'13 in Potchefstroom. The set on show was red, but we wanted it in black. The sales lady assured us that there was 1 black set left in stock for us. We paid cash and requested that the set remains in the stores as we were moving to a new place in the new year. They siad is was no problem and that the set will be masterguard and wrapped for us to pick up i the new year. The branch manager, Alida vd Merwe contacted me on 24 Jan'14 and informed me that we had to collect the set as she will be going on leave from the 27th. I've asked my parents to pick up the set on our behalf, but when they got to the store, the manager wanted to give them a red set. My Mother told the manager that we've bought a black set, and she even phoned my fiancee to confirm - he also told her that we specifically requested it in black. I went to the store yesterday to find out what is going on as the manger promised to conatct us by close of business Friday - but she didn't. She was rude and once again promised to phone me by cob yesterday- still nothing. If we can't get the set in black as requested in the first place we simply want our money back.
