When Ackermans came out with the new cards from Nedbank a year or so ago I went into the store to get my card. After a week I went in to collect my card; they then told me that I did not have an account with them even after calling the call centre. Last year I Received a letter from Selectonline informing me that I must pay the outstanding amount to Nedbank. I informed them via e-mail about what Ackermans told me that I have no account with them and I will only settle the amount once they can give me an account number. Nothing happened and I send Selectonline numerous e-mails and call them but no response. I settle the amount November after receiving a letter from Selectonline saying that I will be blacklisted. Yesterday I received a letter from Selectonline stating that I owe them money for services rendered which I will not pay as I feel they must get the money from Nedbank or Ackermans. Fiona Krishnan from Selectonline also gave her company a bad name as she did not respond to any of my e-mails and when I called today her attitude towards me was utterly disgusting. I would be glad if both Ackermans; Nedbank and Selectonline could respond to this.
