I recently purchased a Gobbi reader from your company and was impressed in the manner that i was informed via sms the various stages that my order was going to be delivered and the time that you committed to. I must also compliment your staff, Kerry in particular and the other staff member Ahmile (i think) who assisted me with the setting up of the reader and the purchase of the books and downloadeing of the books from the my computer onto the reader. They were both extremely helpful and most pleasant to deal with and showed extreme patience. well done to them both.
